Admissions Information

Graduate Admission to the College of Engineering

Graduate admission to Syracuse University’s College of Engineering & Computer Science is competitive. All students must submit Syracuse University’s online application for admission. Applications are received and processed centrally; however, admissions decisions are administered within each of the College’s respective graduate programs and departments.
Applicants are required to submit:
• Online application form
• Application fee
• Official transcript
• Letters of recommendation (as required by the program you’re applying to)
• Personal statement
• Résumé
• Official GRE scores (if required by your program)
• Official TOEFL/IELTS scores (international students only)
In addition, once admitted, international students who wish to enroll are required to submit proof of financial funding for the first year of graduate study.
