Admissions Information

Graduate Admission to the College of Engineering

The College accepts applications from graduates having a bachelor's and/or master's degree in engineering, physics, chemistry, biological sciences, mathematics, food science and agricultural sciences from recognized U.S. and foreign institutions. Qualified applicants with a degree in non-engineering areas are admitted providing they satisfy prescribed undergraduate engineering science courses before final acceptance and admission.

Entrance Requirements for Foreign Students

Same as Domestic students with the following additions: TOEFL Scores, Certification of Finances forms and/or Certification of Finances and Visa Information forms.

Residency Requirements

For masters students, the minimum residence requirement is one academic year (two semesters of full-time study).
For doctoral students, at least three consecutive semesters of full-time work (i.e., enrollment for a minimum of 33 hours of consecutive course work included on the program of study) must be spent in resident study on this campus.

Admissions Requirements for Transfer Students

Undergraduate Grade Point Average of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale
GRE Score of 301 (Quantitative + Verbal)
Three letters of reference.
