Student Design Projects Description

All programs require extensive "capstone" design projects. Mechanical and Civil Engineering emphasize team-based projects while Electrical and Computer Engineering and Computer Science emphasize individual or two-person projects. A significant fraction of the projects are industrial/practice based.

Engineering College Description and Special Characteristics

Engineering Students and Faculty have the opportunity to spend a semester in Great Britain at Harlaxton College, a facility owned and operated by the University of Evansville. The University of Evansville Engineering faculty operate on a personal level with students. The emphasis is more on teaching than research.

3.5 years of math w/ 2 years of algebra, one year of plane geometry,and 1/2 year of trigonometry with a B average
