Undergraduate Admission to the College of Engineering

The School of Engineering adheres to the University's admissions requirements for application fees and deadlines. A GPA of 2.50 or better, SAT or ACT, and TOEFL, CXC and GCE are required for international students.

Undergraduate Admission to an Engineering Department

A GPA of 2.50 or better and test score of 1080 or better on the SAT for all departments.

Entrance Requirements for Foreign Students

SAT 1080 or above, ACT 23 or above

Entrance Requirements for Non-Resident Students

Students must have a 2.5 GPA and SAT of 1080 or higher, ACT of 23 or higher.

Residency Requirements


Admissions Requirements for Transfer Students

A GPA of 2.50 or better, at least 15 credits, and transcripts showing Math and English courses taken. GRE test scores and TOEFL (where applicable).

A two-year community junior college where they were full-time students: 13
A four-year college or university where they were full-time students: 7
