Undergraduate: SAT Reasoning Test or ACT (non-native English speakers may substitute the TOEFL); Two SAT Subject Tests, one each in math and science. Biographical information form with application fee (or fee waiver request). Essays and activities summary. Two teacher evaluations. Report from school guidance counselor. Official transcript.

Graduate Applicants: Bachelor's degree or its equivalent from a college, university, or technical school of acceptable standing. Specific admission requirements vary by department.

Recommendations

Undergraduate: Four years of math, including calculus; four years of science, including biology, chemistry and physics; four years of English; two years of a foreign language; two years of history and/or social sciences. However, interested students whose high school program does not match this curriculum in every detail are also invited to apply. An interview is strongly recommended.
