Admissions Information

Graduate Admission to the College of Engineering

To be considered for admission to graduate studies in the School of Engineering, a student should have received an undergraduate degree from an accredited program in engineering, physics, chemistry, or applied mathematics, and should have earned a minimum of a 3.0 GPA based on a 4.0 scale.

Graduate Admission to an Engineering Department

Students are expected to have some competence in computer programming and the engineering sciences, and to be familiar with the engineering design process. In addition, there may be special departmental requirements. The minimum math requirement is three semester hours in differential equations.
