Degree Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Requirements

Electrical and Computer Engineering -126 credit hours, including successful completion of RPED 250 and RPED 251. In addition, each cadet must complete ROTC for all semesters enrolled at The Citadel.
Civil and Environmental Engineering - 135 credit hours, including successful completion of RPED 250 and RPED 251. In addition, each cadet must complete ROTC for all semesters enrolled at The Citadel. Mechanical Engineering - 131 credit hours, including successful completion of RPED 250 and RPED 251. In addition, each cadet must complete ROTC for all semesters enrolled at The Citadel.

Master's Degree Requirements

Master of Science in Civil Engineering - The degree of Master of Science in Civil Engineering may be conferred upon those students who successfully complete the 30 hours of graduate coursework as
specified above with a grade-point ratio (GPR) of 3.0 or better on hours earned at The Citadel. Completion of more than 30 credit
hours of advanced graduate coursework will only be allowed for
professional development, and may not be used to increase GPR to the 3.0 required for graduation.
Master of Science in Electrical engineering - The degree of Master of Science in Electrical Engineering may be conferred upon those students who successfully complete the 30 hours of graduate coursework
as specified above with a grade-point ratio (GPR) of 3.0 or better
on hours earned at The Citadel. Completion of more than 30 credit
hours of advanced graduate coursework will only be allowed for
