Admissions Information

Graduate Admission to the College of Engineering

Applicants must have earned an appropriate bachelor's degree from an accredited program or an equivalent foreign program with a GPA of 3.00 cumulative grade point average(on a 4.0 scale) in both their major and overall. The submission of GRE aptitude scores and letters of recommendation are also required. Applications and credentials deadlines are: for fall entry, July 1; for spring entry, Nov. 1; for summer entry, April 1.

Graduate Admission to an Engineering Department is the same throughout the entire Frank Batten College of Engineering.

Entrance Requirements for Foreign Students

Must take GRE and TOEFL (minimum score of 550). Must have B.S. degree from an accredited program. M.S. students must have a 3.0 GPA for regular admission and 2.75 for provisional status. PhD students must have 3.5 GPA for regular status and 3.25 for provisional status.

Must take GRE.
