Graduate Admission to the College of Engineering

Graduate Admission to an Engineering Department

Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 Undergraduate Engineering Degree from an ABET-Accredited Program is required. However, it is possible with appropriate advising and selection of undergraduate coursework to bridge into graduate coursework from another discipline. GRE is required, may be waived under specific circumstances. Application Fee $75 for electronic submission. Application deadline for funding consideration: varies by program. Entrance Requirements for Foreign Students

TOEFL required, minimum score of 80, IELTS minimum score of 6.5. GRE required. Must submit International Student Financial Statement (ISFS) showing one-year of support ($40,700). In consideration of the different grading scales used around the world, each academic department evaluates international transcripts to determine, on a case-by-case basis, whether they demonstrate one of the above requirements.

Entrance Requirements for Non-Resident Students

GRE is required.

Residency Requirements

24 credits must be completed in residence.
