Undergraduate Admission to the College of Engineering

Freshmen students may apply only for the summer or fall terms.
Deadlines for submission of the application for admission (including the leadership,Activity Record and Personal Statement),the nonrefundable $75 application fee and all required credentials are as follows:

Entrance Requirements for Non-Resident Students

There are no distinct differences for the entrance requirements for out-of state students vs. in-state students.

Residency Requirements

The Board of Regents has adopted certain policies governing the classification of students as residents and non-residents for tuition purposes to ensure that out-of-state students pay a fair and reasonable share of the cost of their education. Admissions Requirements for Transfer Students

Candidates for an undergraduate degree must complete in residence the final thirty-six semester hours of credit required for the degree and other transfer requirements as determined by major. (Please see website: http://admission.gatech.edu/transfer).
