The Grove School of Engineering reflects City College as a whole in the diversity of its student body and the cultural and recreational advantages of being part of one of the world's great cities. An endowment gift of 26 million dollars was given to the School of Engineering in 2005 by Intel former President and Chairman Dr. Andrew Grove (Chemical Engineering class of 1960). The funds are used to support undergraduate and graduate students and new faculty.
